The staff were very cute and friendly. They were always willing to help. the hotel security, and security escorted me to nearby atms if required. i appreciated help with taxis and parking.

The food spread was disappointing, especially for vegetarians. It could be better in taste.

The rooms displayed a bit of age, i think some refurbishment would be beneficial. It didn't detract significantly from the experience, though.
